Volunteering

The Grange is very grateful for all of our hardworking volunteers who assist us as museum stewards and as gardeners. We would not be able to function without the help of such a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

The Grange Stewards

DSC09260Do you love art and history? Would you enjoy meeting interesting people from all over the world? Then consider volunteering as a steward at the Grange. You can choose a morning or afternoon session and do that once a week, once a month or whenever you are available. Stewards always work in pairs and we provide tea and coffee. Each year we throw a summer garden party as a thank you to all our Grange Stewards for all their hard work.

The Grange Garden Volunteers

Garden volunteers
If you like gardening why not come along on the 3rd Thursday of the Month and join us pottering about in the Grange Garden.

Our volunteer gardening group is happy to welcome gardeners across the spectrum of knowledge, from none to lots. We always have jobs on the go and enthusiasm is all you need. We provide the tools and the coffee and start at 10.30and finish around 12.30.
Every year we arrange a day out for our gardeners.

If these volunteering opportunities interest you, please phone the Grange on 01273 301004
